ACCM Student Notice
Having Trouble with the Moodle App on an Older Phone?
You can still access ACCM Learning directly through your phone’s web browser.
Some ACCM students using older mobile phones may find that the
Moodle App no longer connects to the ACCM Learning site.
This may occur because older mobile devices or operating systems can have
compatibility issues with newer SSL and security requirements.
This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the ACCM Learning website itself.
The good news: you can keep studying
You do not need the Moodle App to access your ACCM courses.
The ACCM Learning website is mobile-friendly and can be accessed
directly from your phone or tablet.
Access ACCM Learning through your browser
Open a current web browser on your phone or tablet, such as
Chrome, Safari or Edge, and visit:
Go to ACCM Learning
learn.ambascol.org
Sign in using your normal ACCM Learning username and password.
You can then access your courses and course materials through the browser
rather than through the Moodle App.
What should I do if the Moodle App won’t connect?
- Open your phone’s web browser.
-
Go to
ACCM Learning
. - Log in using your normal ACCM Learning details.
- Continue accessing your course through the browser rather than the Moodle App.
Helpful tip
You may find it helpful to bookmark the ACCM Learning site or add it
to your phone’s Home Screen, making it easier to return to your courses.
Do I need to install anything?
No. If the ACCM Learning site opens correctly in your browser,
you can simply continue studying there.
For students using older mobile devices,
accessing ACCM Learning through the browser is the recommended alternative
when the Moodle App will not connect.
Same learning. A different way to access it.
Whether you are studying from a computer, tablet or mobile phone,
you can continue accessing your ACCM courses online.
