Updated Christian Leadership Course Now Live

Equipping disciples for servant-hearted leadership in the mission of Jesus Christ.

Ambassador College of Christian Ministry (ACCM) is pleased to announce that the newly revised
Christian Leadership course is now live and open for enrolment.

As part of ACCM’s refreshed ministry training pathway, this updated course provides a richer,
more practical and theologically grounded exploration of Christian leadership. Designed for
church members, ministry volunteers, emerging leaders, pastors and ministry practitioners,
the course integrates biblical foundations, theological reflection, spiritual formation,
discipleship and practical ministry application.

A Fresh Vision for Christian Leadership

The revised course challenges common assumptions that leadership is primarily associated
with position, authority or organisational influence. Instead, students are invited to
explore leadership as participation with Jesus Christ in God’s mission through servant-hearted
relationships, faithful discipleship and Spirit-led service.

Throughout the course, students discover how leadership flows from identity in Christ and
participation in the life and mission of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This theological
foundation shapes how leaders serve others, develop teams, cultivate healthy ministry cultures
and faithfully discern God’s direction.

Integrating Theology and Practice

One of the unique strengths of the revised course is its integration of theology and ministry
practice. Rather than simply adapting secular leadership theories, students are encouraged
to understand leadership through the life, ministry, death, resurrection and ongoing work of
Jesus Christ.

The course presents Christian leadership as participation in the communion, love and mission
of the Triune God. This perspective transforms leadership from a pursuit of status into a
ministry of service, discipleship and faithful participation in God’s kingdom work.
